About Us
Yai is the Thai word for grandmother and also what we call my mother. Everything I have learned about food, family, tradition and community I have learned from Yai. Food is such a big part of our lives. In my home village, Ban Rong, we wake early to greet our local the Monks, walk to the local market that is just a couple of minutes from our house, and shop for the day. Everything is fresh, everything is local.
The fondest memories of my childhood and time in Thailand are those in which family and friends gather at a large table to share food, laugh, tell stories and enjoy being together.
Every dish I make brings back a memory, a memory of tradition, a memory of Yai, a memory of Thai "Street Food", of my community and my small village in Northern Thailand. I am so happy to share a little bit of that with you.

Presently, Yai's Kitchen operates out of our new location, opening early March, 2022, in Norton, Ma and from our food truck. You will find us in driveways all over Sharon. We are also licensed in Franklin and Framingham, Ma. Other permits procured as needed.

We will post our location on our Facebook page as well as notify those on our email list.

We no longer require pre-ordering as that system didn't work well out of our food truck. Simply arrive anytime during our operating hours, which will be listed in our emails and Facebook posts, and place your order.
Every order is prepared fresh. There is no "scoop and serve" as that does not jive with our dedication to authenticity. You may experience a line and a wait, we appreciate your patience as our food takes time.

Thank you all for your support and encouragement.
